Custody Evaluation

Custody evaluations involve a comparison of two or more adults and their children.  The goal of the custody evaluation is to determine the best interests of the minor children.  Custody evaluations have to take in to consideration the best interest factors determined by statute and adapt psychological data or other data available to the examiner to the specific best interest factors.
